The production area is 340,000 square meters and divided into three sections for chemical synthesis and composition of powder, with the whole production process automatically controlled by the computer. Currently the annual manufacturing capacity is 350,000 tons, including 150,000 tons of composite powdery admixtures, 80,000 tons of poly-naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate and 100,000 tons of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and about 20,000 tons of other admixtures. Bote has been certified by the quality management system ISO9001:2000, the environmental management system ISO14001:1996, the occupational health and safety management system GB/T28001-2001, and the Conformity for measurement management systems. The control measure for production process and the ability of products quality analysis are ranked among the top level in the concrete admixture industry in China.
